How to order?
To place an order, please download our purchase order form, fill and fax it back to us.

Or if you wish to use your own purchase order form, please make sure you have all billing information on
it (such as company name, mailing address, billing address, purchase order number, contact person's
name, signature, phone number, fax number and email address).

How to make a payment?
We accept check, money order, wire transfer, credit cards and PayPal.
Please make your check/money order payable to Milestone PharmTech USA Inc.
Shipping & Handling Rate
You are welcome to use your carrier's account. (FedEx, DHL)

Or if you choose Prepaid & Add, your shipping charge will be calculated based on the FedEx or DHL rate.
There is a $3 packing&handling fee for each package.
We never charge rush order fee, special handling fee, etc.

The above rate is for single package only. Multiple items will be combined as many as possible.
